Wildflowers is an 1891 Victorian house, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, surrounded by blue spruce and wildflowers. Guests can be downtown in 5 minutes or skiing in 35. In this elegantly restored home, guests find hand-carved staircases, stained glass windows, claw-foot bathtubs, & original chandeliers. Add to that gourmet breakfasts and unfailing personal service and you've got what the 1891 advertisement proclaimed: "every necessity, every comfort, every luxury". There are five guest rooms, including two suites, all with private baths. Rates: $70 - $145. Extra person $15.
