Experience Moab's premier inn set in the heart of Utah's Canyonlands. Twelve charming rooms, all with lavish queen beds and private baths, some units have jetted tubs and private porches or balconies. The common area space called the "Great Room" has a stone fireplace, reading area, 24-hour hot beverage service and full length picture windows.

The Inn features two unique buildings situated on a spacious acre-and-a-half lot, with luxurious gardens, abundant shade trees, a spectacular outdoor pool, nearby hot tub and patio. The magical feeling of the inn and lush grounds come together to create an "oasis in the desert".

The full gourmet breakfast includes the inn's famous honey-almond granola, Irish Oatmeal, fresh fruit, savory meats, homemade breads, pastries and a delectable hot entree (Raised Belgian Waffles, Garden Vegetable Frittata, Buttermilk Pancakes, and more). In the afternoon, returning guests are welcomed with homemade cookies, Lemon Bars or Pecan Pie Squares as well as refreshing lemon ice water.

The inn provides guests with a complimentary laundry facility, secure bike storage, and classical video library. A guest refrigerator, microwave, and honor snack-bar are available in each building. The Sunflower Hill is a peaceful, quiet retreat just three blocks from the city center. Rooms are air conditioned with TV/VCRs, CD players and wireless internet (WI-FI).

Peak season rates (Mar-Oct): $165 - 235, and Winter (Nov-Feb): $125 - 185 (higher rates apply for winter holidays).  Extra persons $20 each. Children under 10 are generally not allowed.
