Newly renovated for the 2011 - 2012 winter season, the Ranch house features stone pillars, thick wood beams, vaulted ceilings and rustic accents. All bedrooms include wireless Internet access; an in-suite full bathroom, and new, luxury linens. A hearty complimentary breakfast is served every morning, and beverages and snacks are available all day. Common spaces, featuring multiple sitting areas inside and out, are available for your lounging comfort. Snuggle next to one of the fireplaces, or sip your coffee on the deck by the bubbling spring-fed creek. A privately situated hot-tub is available for your apres ski relaxation and star-gazing. The gorgeous professional kitchen (with almost 18 feet of windows), dining room, living room and large meeting room can also be reserved for your group meeting, dinner, reception, party, wine tasting, cooking class or entertainment events. The Ranch is so private, even the locals don't know we're here. But, yet, so close to everything! Just two blocks from ski lift and restaurants, and steps away from hiking and biking trails. The Ranch is adjacent to Park City Municipal conservation Land, which will remain undeveloped -- there's not a condo within view. The Silver Star Lift at Park City Mountain Resort is a mere 700 yards away, and Canyons and Deer Valley Resorts are within 3.5 miles. The free Park City transportation system bus stop is approximately 450 yards away, at the end of Snows Lane.
This is a great destination for families and groups. However, for the enjoyment of all, please no children under age 7 except with the rental of the master suite, or with a group reservation of all 4 of the upper wing rooms. In-room babysitting and children's activities may be available. Port-a-cribs, toddler beds and fold-out twin beds are available for some rooms.
The Master Suite, privately situated, includes an office/sitting room with wet bar, two-sided gas fireplace, and private deck access; King bed; and a large master bath with two sinks and a separate toilet/tub/shower area.
"O'Sullivan's Spring" is a corner suite with great views and balcony access; King bed, queen sofa sleeper; a spacious walk-in closet; mini-refrigerator, TV/DVD, and full in-suite bath.
The "Aspen" room also features a King bed, corner views and balcony access and a full in-suite bath.
The "Wasatch" room has a rustic pine Queen bed and a cozy sitting area with picture windows overlooking the spring-fed creek and surrounding mountains; walk-in closet; mini-refrigerator; and of course, the full in-suite bath.
The garden-themed "Columbine" room has one of the best views of the entire ranch, overlooking the garden, spring-fed pond, meadow and surrounding mountains, with a Queen bed, desk area and built-in storage (& full in-suite bath). All rooms have complimentary wireless Internet, hearty breakfast, all-day coffee, tea and hot chocolate, and snacks.
