Svea is a successful boutique lodge in one of Salt Lake City's most sought after neighborhood. Having been built in 1890 for a prominent businessman and his family, this Victorian jewel was fully restored in 1998 with a nod to the style of the Maxfield Parrish artworks after which the guest rooms are named.
