The Parrish Place is a successful bed and breakfast inn in one of Salt Lake City’s oldest neighborhoods. Having been built in 1890 for a prominent businessman and his family, this Victorian jewel was fully restored in 1998 with a nod to the style of the Maxfield Parrish artworks after which the guest rooms are named. Original stained and beveled glass panels are throughout with period chandeliers accenting the original medallions found in most of the rooms. The tile work and carved living room fireplace remain in their original splendor.
The Inn was featured in recent episodes of HGTV's House Hunters.

There are five guest rooms, all with private bath. One on the main level has a private entrance, three are on the second floor, and the fifth is on the top floor. Guests have access to the living, dining, and sun rooms, as well as the outdoor patio and hot tub. The owner/innkeepers have a private main floor bedroom and bath, a full kitchen, and private covered patio. The adjacent “prep” kitchen fulfills the requirements for food service to guests.
