Teasdale is a small scenic town in the south-central portion of Utah. It is surrounded by the natural beauty of Utah's colorful Colorado Plateau. Located near the intersection of the Scenic routes of Highways 12 and 24, Teasdale offers easy access to numerous parks, lakes, forests, and historic sites. Visitors may choose from many activities, including camping, hiking, horseback and ATV riding, hunting, and fishing, as well as exploration of many of the sites of Utah’s prehistoric past. Nearby one can find Capitol Reef National Park, Boulder Mountain, Thousand Lake Mountain, the Henry Mountains, Anasazi Indian Village State Park, and Goblin Valley State Park. Capitol Reef National Park is a hiker's park with a myriad of trails for casual walking outings or serious hiking adventures. From the rock art lining the canyon walls to the orchards along the Fremont River, the interesting history of human presence can be seen.
